Property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also of determining by Extraordinary Resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, papers and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of. Any Member entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him and such proxy need not also be a Member. R. W.
