Solicitor. Shared premises with the Improvement Commissioners. 1861 - Bury Board of Guardians and Poor Law Union, Parsons Lane. 1883 - Union Officers. W. P. Woodcock. Clerk is Board of Guardians. County Magistrates etc. 1888 - Waterworks office - Gas Rents Office.Shield - Cross, chevron, 5 crosses (hand drawn picture on catalogue card)
